We are fortunate to have been born in Sicily, with all the wealth of ingredients and products this land offers us.

In 2015, BUATTA was born in Catania from the passion of four young thirty-year-olds.
A new culinary offering in the local area, starting with a focus on craft beers and then evolving into a small, contemporary bistro serving Sicilian cuisine.
This transition has been a fascinating and challenging journey. We've also worked behind the scenes, even when our doors were closed for longer than expected, to refine our vision and hone our culinary skills.
Now, we can bring our vision and the best of Sicilian cuisine to your table every day, and we're thrilled to share this passion with all of you.
